1st District Congressman Pete Visclosky (D) has followed his Eastern neighbor Joe Donnelly and ignored his electorate, drinking the Obama kool-aid. The IndyStar reports Visclosky has pledged his super-delegate support to B. Hussein Obama.
Of the 1st District, only Gary voted overwhelmingly in support of Obama, in spite of Obama's constant presence in the Chicago media market. The remainder of the 1st CD went in majority of Hillary Clinton.

Off Topic: Of Being A Smartass and Paypal
While reading another forum I found this bit and had a bit of a chuckle:
"[My brother] claims PP is homophobic. ROFL
He and a buddy drove from Missouri to the Indianapolis 500. my brother's share of the hotel was $107.45, so he decided upon his return to send it via paypal to friend.
When sending money, you have the option to attach a string of characters in the "Notes" section. I mean come on, they KNOW that someone is going to write something stupid in that section. He thought it would be funny to add a comment. Being a smartass and not thinking about the consequences, he attached the following message: "Anal Intercourse Payment"
In response to his absolutely hilarious comment (neither one being gay), his friends' account was blocked from usage (seriously!!!!), and has been blocked ever since. Mind you, this has been over two years ago. The friends' account is still locked out, and they stopped responding to his inquiries to reinstate his account. They took the money from my brother's account stating, "suspicious activity" and it is now in the void of the black hole paypal. Neither party ever got back the money."
Sounds like Paypal really does scrutinize things. Thank goodness I never put anything like "Payment for 1 kilo of smack" or anything goofy like that otherwise Sgt. Stadanko would be knocking at my door. Then again Paypal has its fair share of critics even since the acquisition of Paypal by eBay.

Donnelly Ignores Electorate, Supports B. Hussein Obama
Brian Sikma writes:
Today was an interesting day for the 2nd Congressional District race here in northern Indiana. Rep. Joe Donnelly, by virtue of his position a Democratic party super-delegate, issued a press release from his official office declaring that he is supporting Barack [Hussein] Obama for his party's nomination and the presidency. Donnelly bills himself as an "independent voice" but then aligns himself with the most liberal senator in the United States Senate.Last Tuesday's primary saw a majority of 2nd District Democrats cast their vote for Hillary Clinton, but perhaps the $7,500 in campaign contributions that Donnelly received from Obama's Hope Fund played a role in determining who he supports.
So much for Joe Donnelly being a "blue dog Democrat". Now will Brad Ellsworth be next to drink the kool-aid?
State House District 86: Potential Ballot Change?
Rumor mill is churning about the Democrat side of HD 86, that Ed Delaney might step aside from the ballot leaving the Party free to place David Orentlicher back on the ballot now that his bid for Congress has failed.

Another Backdoor To The "UnFairness Doctrine"
A fellow Moonbat Hunter writes:
This Moonbat attack on the free expression of political thought is not dead H.R 2905, authored by Representative Mike Pence (R-IN) would insure that the FCC could not reinstitute the so called "Fairness Doctrine." The bill was sent to committee purgatory. Representative Pence has filed Discharge Petition No. 110-3 so and up or down vote may be had in the US House of Representatives. A new attack on the new media has already began. If it suceeds, it will not be long until long until the blogs and sites such as this one come under the sway of the left and the politically correct crowd who believe telling the truth is hate speech. The Bill has 206 co-sponsors and the discharge petition has 194 signers. Of Indiana representatives, only Pence, Burton and Buyer are on board for the Bill and the Discharge Petition. It would be a treat to see a vote on this Bill before November. Time to let the folks know what we, their bosses, want them to do.
Rush will remain on AFRTs (armed Forces Radio and Television). I wonder what Senator Bayh and his folks are afraid of?
Now, imagine a hate crimes statute on top of the Thought Police. Orwell's description of Nineteen Eighty-Four will be tame compared to 2009 with the UnFairness Doctrine and a "thought crimes" law in place.
Makes you wonder if those who want to stifle free speech for the Right, would scream to the top of their collective lungs claiming "free speech" if one were to limit access to "The Great Porn Dragon".

Marion County Republicans Promote Robb Greene to Executive Director
The Marion County Republican Central Committee announced today that Robb Greene is promoted to the position of Executive Director, replacing Kyle Walker.
Greene recently served as the Marion County GOP's Political Director, personally overseeing the successful Republican campaigns for City-County Council in 2007 that took back a Republican Majority. Greene also served as Campaign Manager for the successful campaigns of Jon Elrod for State Representative in 2006 and Scott Keller for City-County Council in 2003 [That's OK we won't hold that against you Robb],as well as a stint with the Indiana House Republican Campaign Committee among other experiences.
"I have no doubt Republicans will continue to provide leadership and earn the trust of the voters of Marion County," Greene said. "Our goal as a County Party will be to continue to provide the needed support so our Republican officeholders can advance the principles of limited government, lower taxes, and government accountability.
Greene is also a Precinct Committeeman in Wayne Township.
Good for you Robb and best of luck in your new position. In 2008 we need all the right people doing the right things at the right time.
Armed Citizens: Police Are Just Minutes Away. A Burglary Occurs In Seconds
Hat tip to Free Republic:
A burglar, looking for loot inside a home near 8th and Northern avenues in Phoenix, instead found himself in the back of a police car, headed to jail. Neighbors who live in the area claim they have an undercover block watch system that helps keep criminals out of their community. "We know exactly who to call," one neighbor told ABC15. Police accuse Jesse Parra of breaking into Bill Marshall's home near 8th Avenue and Royal Palm Road. Marshall said the bad guy used a porch ornament to shatter his front window and break into his home. Though Marshall was not home at the time, police told ABC15 another neighbor noticed the suspect's unusual vehicle parked in front of Marshall's house and called 911. Another neighbor, meanwhile, confronted the suspect as he was exiting Marshall's house with a laptop in his hands. The burglar, according to police tried to run over the neighbor, and that's when the neighbor fired two shots into the man's front tire. The suspect tried to get away, but a police helicopter and police ground units caught up with him. Neighbors told ABC15 they know everyone on the block. They have a special block watch that patrols the area at night. They don't want to identify themselves as block watch leaders, but they will continue trying to keep criminals out of their community.

Finally! Someone Is Listening!
I've stated for some time the most common sense *DUH!* way to jumpstart some form of mass transit around Indianapolis is not spending billions on new systems that may or may not get used. Rather, utilize what is in place first and THEN expand upon that.
The biggest *DUH* is of course the commuting routes from the northeast side of Indianapolis and Fishers/Noblesville to downtown Indianapolis. The driving route is I-69 to Binford to Fall Creek then depending upon your destination either Central, Penn, Meridian, or Capitol. And yet the Nickel Plate railway line (also known as the "Fair Train") runs along a majority of the route.
Use the Fair Train to get as far south as it will go, say the Fairgrounds. IndyGo can surely get funding to fund a shuttle service to go from the Fairgrounds and feed into the downtown loop.
It seems like such a common sense answer. Well finally common sense is prevailing as steps are underway to operate a commuter rail on the Fair Train railway. Though IndyGo is not mentioned in the article, there could be funding to repair sections of the line to actually bring the train into downtown.
This can only be a positive for Indianapolis if this comes to fruition.

Well Squidward, you managed to make the cut after all. Should be a fun convention with Pony Tail hanging around there.
OK Folks, Operation Chaos Is Over. Time To Come Home.
OK Everyone, Operation Chaos was fun while it lasted (for some), there was little collateral damage and now it's time for everyone to come back home, take a short break, and get ready to support our candidates from the Governor on down the ballot. All of the candidates we wanted to see win here, won here. Chris Swatts, Mike Murphy, Beverly Gard, Cindy Noe, and Teresa Lubbers all came through with significant wins.
Awwww, looks like the Other Side has some issues. Their state party supported candidate, Jimmy Paycheck, didn't get the Governor's nomination, and their party seems to have splintered a bit as David O and Dr. Myers split, resulting in a resounding win for MC Juggernaut. Going by the noise from the Star's comment section some are already threatening to scratch for State Rep. Jon Elrod.
Post-Election Battle Fatigue
Chris Swatts, Mike Murphy, Cindy Noe, and Teresa Lubbers all survived their primary challenges. Jon Elrod will rematch against Andre al-Carson in November for the 7th Congressional District.
According to Election Journal, it seems B. Hussein Obama's campaign were up to some shenanigans. The incompetent Beth White doesn't seem to help matters much.
GOP Goals for 2010:
1. Win back the Clerk's office
2. Support the GOP Secretary of State and win back those poll inspectors!
This madness must stop!
OK I've had a really long day. Night 'all
UPDATE The Next Day: Election Journal snapped THIS picture of Jimmy Paycheck illegally electioneering at the Children's Museum. Oh well now he can go back to designing over budget schools.
UPDATE 2: IndyErnie writes: "Garland Graves was asked to leave three precincts yesterday at Stony Brook JH. Graves and Vernon Brown both were in the chute. Garland with a campaign badge on and both without credentials. Garland and Brown both refused to leave until threatened with a call to the election board and not until both were called out for electioneering in the chute thus breaking election laws. Graves did this while campaigning for a superior judge seat. About forty voters were within hearing distance during the exchange of words.
The democrats want to make up the rules as they go along. This has to stop." -- At least there is justice after all. Kim Brown bucked the Democrat slate and Garland Graves went home. Considering his last job was a Monroe Gray "MWDN" job as "Liason from Mayor to City-County Council" paying about $70K per year.

Operation Chaos: The List
For those who are going to participate in Operation Chaos (against better judgment) just to ensure things won't be splintered for the most effect. This is based upon emails and talking to others who are participating in Chaos. I'm not endorsing ANY of these candidates:
POTUS - Hillary. She's behind in Delegate Count and a win here will help ensure a convention floor fight. Of course John McCain has it wrapped up for the GOP. It will be interesting to see how many Paulistanians will turn out to vote for Ron Paul.
Governor - Jill Long Thompson. Because someone who is never named here works for her opponent. Gov. Daniels is unopposed.
7th District CD - ABC. It seems Dr. Myers has an advantage here. Though David O could be a spoiler, he also could help deliver the election for Andre al-Carson.
Folks in House Districts 87, 89, 90 and Senate District 30 need to stay in the GOP Primary to support Cindy Noe, Chris Swatts, Mike Murphy, and Teresa Lubbers respectively. Support Jon Elrod in the 7th CD.
State Rep District 98 - Abu Henderson - because Bill Crawford has been there 30-some years too long (No Republican)
State Senate District 34 - David Nicholson - because a State Senate seat is NOT a hand-me-down like Billie Breaux handed her seat to Jean Breaux. (Unopposed Republican)
The rest within Marion County I don't believe have any opposition in the primary on either side. I guess you could say the slating process did its job.
That should do it. See you at 6 AM. Polls are open 6 AM to 6 PM. Remember ... vote early and vote often .... Hey, who said that??? Remember your Photo ID. Passport, Drivers License, Military ID or BMV State ID preferred. Liquor sales prohibited during voting hours. But drink all you want after 6 PM!!!
Child Firearm Incident Turns Tragic
If you're looking for my opinions on the weekend tragic events surrounding the 5 year old that found a pistol and shot a 4 year old ... I have one but I'll post it after the elections tomorrow.

Operation Chaos: Update Three - House District 98
Listen up folks - though I'm not condoning Operation Chaos - those of you in House District 98 - ESPECIALLY THOSE OF YOU IN THE 28th WARD [North Warren Township] - You do not have a Republican to vote for in the House District Primary, and for a majority of your Ward the State Senate Republican Primary candidate is unopposed or is not up for election in 2008. If you're itching to participate in Operation Chaos then you should see this video before voting on a Democrat primary ballot.
A 28th Ward resident named Charles Goodman apparently sent letters to Republicans in House District 98 encouraging crossover, that is participation in Operation Chaos. I, personally, support NEITHER Bill Crawford nor Abu Henderson but as a public service will provide a link to this video that was brought to my attention.
On a side note, doesn't anyone find it rather hypocritical that Andre Carson can claim that he is against "Special Interests and Corporations" lobbying in Washington, and yet his campaign is bankrolled BY THOSE VERY "SPECIAL INTERESTS", PAC's and other groups?? HYPOCRITE!! Participants in Operation Chaos need to remember it's easy as ABC - Anyone But Carson. It appears Dr. Woody Myers has the most realistic shot at defeating Andre Carson, even though they are nearly clones of one another.
Ryerson Rag Confuses Mayor with Employees

Reading the caption on the photo "Indianapolis Mayor Steve Ballard". Steve Ballard is (or was considering the number of folks jumping from the sinking ship of the Ryerson Rag) a reporter for the Indianapolis Star. The photo has since been corrected to indicate Greg Ballard as the Mayor of Indianapolis.
[H/T Bart Lies]
GOP One for Two in the Bayou
Reading the early results it appears the GOP held onto Louisiana's First CD - special election to replace now Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) - by a substantial margin.
The 6th CD (Baton Rouge area) was narrowly won by the Dems but just a hair over 1 percentage point.
UPDATE: It appears this Baton Rouge CD was a GOP seat for a number of years. The "refugees" of corrupt Democrat New Orleans who lost their Orleans parish homes to Katrina settled in large numbers in the Baton Rouge area. In essence it tipped the scales just slightly into the Dems favor.

ATTENTION MARION COUNTY VOTERS
The Office of Corporation Counsel has announced the follow last minute polling place changes due to building construction and building flood damage
Voters in precincts 28-4 and 28-5 in Warren Township will now vote at Indianapolis Public School #88, 5801 E. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46218. This change was required due to construction at the Windsor Park Family Center that could have inhibited voting at that location.
Voters in precincts 19-1 and 19-2 in Wayne Township will now vote at Friendship West Side Center, 3131 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222. This change was required due to flooding at the Friendship Baptist Church that prevented the location from being available for the Primary Election.
The areas covered by Ward 28, Precincts 4 and 5 are roughly I-70 & Emerson south to 21st & Emerson on the West, 21st Street to the South, I-70 to the North, and the Eastern edge of the property at the Raytheon facility on the city's Eastside (Formerly the Naval Avionics Center, or Naval Air Warfare Center) east of the intersection of 21st & Arlington running perpendicular to a point south of I-70's right of way.
Ward 19, Precincts 1 and 2 are basically the Northern parts of the Haughville neighborhood. It runs from about the SE corner of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway property at 16th & Olin along 16th Street east of Concord St stopping short of King Ave, south to 10th Street and west along 10th Street to 10th & Olin, and north along Olin to the border of the IMS property.

There's Hope For the Brits Yet: Tories Re-claim London Mayor's Office
After years of marked misery under the national Labour [British equivalent of the US Democrats] leadership of Tony Blair and now Gordon Brown, and the controversies surrounding London Mayor Ken Livingstone, the voters of London have deposed the Labour Party mayor in favor of Conservative Party (also known as the "Tories" - the British equivalent of the US Republicans) candidate Boris Johnson.
As with Indianapolis and the Democrats failed leadership of Bart Peterson and Monroe Gray, the Brits finally saw the failed leadership of Brown and Livingstone and voted in the Tories. As I read things, it seems Labour support in Parliament is waning also. Unlike the USA, the Brits don't vote directly for their Prime Minister. They vote for their member of the House of Commons and the party that wins the Commons wins the Prime Minister's seat.
It appears the Tories have also won the Assembly, which is London's equivalent to a City Council.
You can read more on the BBC. I find it interesting the election was today and already the Mayor's website is update with the biographical information for the new Mayor.
Operation Chaos Chapter Two
THIS article posted to Hoosier Access demonstrates one potential way a Republican wishing to participate in Operation Chaos can do so. In my earlier post I stated for the 7th CD Democrat race it's ABC - Anyone But Carson. However if Chaos participants split, then Carson could win anyway and Chaos will backfire hurting our own down ballot races. I really have a hard time gaging which way to go with the Dems. They really are different shades of the same material. Socialized medicine, "go after" Big Oil [which will only hurt US in the end], Retreat, Bash Bush, Bush is Bad, Bush is the 21st Century Hitler, Cheney should be hanged, among other socialist things.
As pointed out in the Hoosier Access article quoting the Huffington Post, Andre al-Carson is the only "Fully Pro-Choice" candidate in the 7th CD. I suppose that means full term abortions, partial birth abortions, and outright murder. Of course you know he is Muslim and who are the people that strap bombs onto children and sends them into a crowded restaurant at lunchtime? Need I say more?
This adds new meaning to "ABC". Keep an eye out on the blogs, make sure if you do participate in Operation Chaos you keep the goal in mind of ending the political dynasty of Center Township. Then Andre Carson would have to go find a real job.

Call For B.H.Obama to Withdraw Support for Andre Carson
WHO: Hoosiers for Honesty in Government, Supporters of the 7th Congressional District candidates
WHAT: Rally
WHY: To Request Senator Obama withdraw his endorsement of Candidate Andre Carson
WHEN: Friday, May 2, 2008 at 12:00pm and everyday thereafter until the November election
WHERE: Obama Volunteer Headquarters, 2 N Meridian St. Indianapolis, IN.
Dear Senator Barack Obama,
As you cast your eyes to our nations Capitol in your bid for the presidency, please take a moment and cast those same eyes toward the leaders of the communities you desire to serve; specifically those leaders currently running for Congress in the 7th Congressional District of Indiana. Recently elected Congressman Andre Carson, and the Carson political machine, are practicing monarchy with a Congressional seat and are hurting our community and a lot of people. Senator Obama, please withdraw your endorsement of Andre Carson immediately and rehabilitate each of those candidates by making a public appearance with each of them.
These candidates are seeking Congressional seats in our nations capitol. Their roles are ‘just as significant’ in American politics and American history as is the presidency; they are the foundation of our democratic society. These candidates have given up so much to run for this office, and for some it has been a very emotional experience. These candidates should be allowed to run without the influence of the 1st formidable black presidential candidate backing the ‘least qualified’ candidate who is slated because of a ‘dying declaration’ from his grandmother to a group of hand-picked precinct committee people to send her ‘seed’ to Congress.
We forgive you if you weren't aware of these details, but now that you are, we respectfully request you withdraw your endorsement of Andre Carson and rehabilitate the remaining formidable candidates before the public.
Warmest regards,
Hoosiers for Honesty in Government, PAC
Noon EVERYDAY? Good luck with that. Considering that B.H.Obama is mixed up with Iraqi criminals and is mixed in with the indicted Chicago bagman Tony Rezko, he knows exactly what Andre Carson is and stands for. It's one corrupt brotha sticking up for another corrupt brotha.

The Democrats: Prime Example of Race Baiting Hypocrisy
I live blogged the City-County Council meeting tonight and found one very interesting piece of hypocrisy from the Democrats: When complaining about the lack of African-Americans on boards and commissions, they throw another African-American professional woman under the bus and vote against her appointment as an Administrative Law Judge for Environmental Court. I'm referring to Proposal 163 and the appointment of Darla Williams to this court.
Black Democrat City-County Councilors Paul Bateman, Vernon Brown, Dorothy Minton-McNeill, Jose Evans, Monroe "Sweet Pea" Gray, Duke Oliver, Cherrish Pryor, and one caucasian woman Joanne Sanders voted "NO" on this proposal. Note Sweet Pea's opposition to Williams' appointment.
Later, in Proposal 198, Sweet Pea "axes" about the number of African-American appointees to boards. You gotta be kidding me, oh master of the pea shake! Just a few minutes before you tried to deny a black professional woman opportunity and refuse her appointment to a adjudicate cases while complaining about the lack of African-Americans on boards and commissions?
How DARE he even state such a thing with a straight face? Or a goofy face - or any face for that matter.
It gets better. In the next proposal #199, another board appointment, Sweet Pea axes the question why are there not more African-Americans appointed to the Community Corrections board? Does the hypocrisy ever end with the Moonbats?
It's really not just getting an African-American on these boards, now is it? It's getting the ones a few can serve as masters over and these appointees comply willing without asking questions.
UPDATE: A fellow Moonbat Hunter wrote a wise passage that applies perfectly: "It appears that one may only be considered Black if one is a Democrat"
One Down, One to Go: Voter ID Law Upheld by SCOTUS
Read about it on Hoosier Access
Now, how about a decision in our favor on DC vs. Heller?
UPDATE: A statement released by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco)
The DFB's response to San Fran Nan:
“The Supreme Court’s decision is disappointing. The Court’s decision today places obstacles to the fundamental rights of American citizens—especially the poor, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities—to participate in the electoral process. Requiring American citizens pay for underlying documents needed for an identification card and travel to distant motor vehicle locations for processing hinders—and diminishes—their right to vote. The right to vote is a foundation of our democracy. American citizens who wish to vote must be able to do so.”
"WAAAHH WAAAAHH WAAAHH CALL A WAAAH-BULANCE!!!"
A Blogger's "Dear John" Letter...
Copied from the Malott Blog...
Yesterday I received a letter from my friend, John McCain.
Back in 2004 I sent $100 to the George Bush Campaign... And George and the Republican Party were so moved, that they've kept in touch ever since.
The letter from John was a sincere effort to gauge my feelings on several issues, a questionnaire with multiple choices... Proving beyond doubt - that in the hands of Conservatives, John is but putty, and lives to please us.
On most questions I could not find the best answer among the choices, so I had to scribble in "Illegal Aliens," "United Nations," "Global Warming Hoax..." Stuff like that.
On the last page I was perplexed to find a request for funds. Could this be the real reason for this correspondence? My choices were $25, $50, $100, $200, and "Other." I chose the latter and wrote a very large "zero" in red ink. Underneath I wrote, "Up Yours, You Insufferable RINO."
As I placed the postage-paid envelope into the mail... Did I feel buoyant, cleansed, and refreshed?
Oh yes. Yes I did.
Go check it out. It's a great read and he's a serious competitor for the "Official Smartass of the GOP" title.

POTUS 2008: Info on B.H.Obama from Fellow Moonbat Hunter
47 Million Un-Insured says his ad in Indiana
The 47 Mil number might be subject to investigation. However, his position on correcting the short-fall is of interest. One might ask why, if the Senator is interested in reducing that number, his voting record does not support his contention.
It appears that only if health care is provided by others' bucks, is it acceptable.
On March 14, 2008, Vote No. 82 was held in the US Senate on S Con Res 70. A successful outcome would have allowed a change to the Internal Revenue code. The change would have allowed an above the line deduction for taxpayers who buy their own coverage, outside of the workplace.
The measure failed, Yea - 45; Nay - 51; Not Voting - 4. Senator Obama voted against.
One may verify this information at US Senate or even better Muslims for Obama Once there, use the voting record link. Even though the Washington Post is the source, this vote, at least, was accurately reported.
Indiana's 7th: The Dems Debate
Posted to Hoosier Access
You can read a live-blog of the Dem debate for the 7th Congressional District on Hoosier Access
Early Voting at the [Incompetent] Clerk's office
Saturday while out doing Saturday stuff, I stopped downtown at the CCB to early vote. Found it interesting seeing Judge Gerald Zore standing at the revolving door passing out Dem flyers. After clearing security I made my way to the Clerk's Office where none other than the Clerk herself was standing at the door directing traffic and instructing voters. After that it was typical Clerk's office ineptness. Filled out the forms and showed my ID. The clerk working the poll book computer verifying my information could not find me. She checked my ID and looked at her screen and looked at my form and said "nothing matches" ... I suggested she spell my name correctly and she still could not find me. Finally I think a *.* type of search based upon street found me in the registration rolls.
So she hands me an envelope and puts a label on it indicating which primary I am voting in. I double check the envelope and it has a label on it with someone else's name on it, with the wrong party primary ballot!! I went back to the check-in table and informed the clerk there's a problem - this isn't me and I'm not voting Democrat.
Finally that get straightened out. I proceeded around the corner to the next room where I received my ballot. Ah! They actually hand me the correct ballot for my precinct. Wonders never cease.
So I vote, sign the envelope in the proper place, and hand it to the clerk that put it in the tubs that were quite full of ballots already. The building deputy told me that early voting is quite busy this time and from what she hears out of the Clerk's office registrations and mail-in voting is very heavy also.
Abdul on Al-Jazeera
Yeah, you're reading that correctly. Indy's (by way of Chicago and Springfield, People's Republic of Illinois) Abdul Hakeem-Shabazz was invited to do coverage of the Indiana primary for the terrorist news network Al-Jazeera.
Question is, would Abdul risk a fatwah by appearing on camera with a martini and a cigar?

Operation Chaos
As much as I don't like the idea because of its effect on down ticket races such as State Representative or State Senate, for those who do wish to partake in Operation Chaos here's the major races to put your D vote towards:
POTUS - Hold thy nose and vote for Hillary. She's behind in delegate count and this will ensure a convention floor fight for the Dems.
Governor - Jill Long Thompson. Just because someone who is never named here works for her opponent. She was a mediocre congressperson and Gov. Daniels will not have a problem defeating her in the fall.
7th Congressional - ABC Anyone But Carson. Seems the money is on Dr. Myers. Though he's nothing more than a millionaire version of Andre himself. At least Dr. Myers graduated from accredited schools.
In State Representative and State Senate races the goal of Operation Chaos is tossing out all the Dem incumbents.
State Senate 34 (Eastside) - David Nicholson is running against incumbent Jean Breaux. James Rainey is an unopposed Republican candidate in that race.
State Senate 33 (Downtown and West) - 4 D candidates vying for Senator Glenn Howard's seat, which is he not running for re-election due to illness. No Republicans filed for the seat.
House District 98 (Far Eastside) - Abu Henderson is running against long time incumbent Bill Crawford. There is no Republican on the ballot at present for that House district.
IF YOU LIVE IN HOUSE DISTRICTS 87 (Cindy Noe), 90 (Mike Murphy) and 89 (retiring Larry Buell) - VOTE IN THE REPUBLICAN PRIMARY! DON'T PARTICIPATE IN OPERATION CHAOS! Your incumbent Republican representatives have opposition and Chris Swatts needs your help in a 3 way primary fight to retain Rep. Buell's house seat. Mike Murphy and Cindy Noe have primary opposition and need your votes to stay in the House.
IF YOU LIVE IN TERESA LUBBERS' SENATE DISTRICT - She has a primary opponent also. The Fair Tax crowd (mainly Libertarians) candidate Ken Morgan is challenging Sen. Lubbers in the primary.
UPDATE: One of Chris Swatts' two primary opponents dropped out on Friday the 25th. So Chris has one less primary opponent. However District 89 voters still need to stay in the GOP and vote in our primary and support Chris Swatts.
