Donnelly Ignores Electorate, Supports B. Hussein Obama

Brian Sikma writes:

Today was an interesting day for the 2nd Congressional District race here in northern Indiana. Rep. Joe Donnelly, by virtue of his position a Democratic party super-delegate, issued a press release from his official office declaring that he is supporting Barack [Hussein] Obama for his party's nomination and the presidency. Donnelly bills himself as an "independent voice" but then aligns himself with the most liberal senator in the United States Senate.

Last Tuesday's primary saw a majority of 2nd District Democrats cast their vote for Hillary Clinton, but perhaps the $7,500 in campaign contributions that Donnelly received from Obama's Hope Fund played a role in determining who he supports.

So much for Joe Donnelly being a "blue dog Democrat". Now will Brad Ellsworth be next to drink the kool-aid?
